How to ensure loads are 'balanced' between drivers and allow your drivers to finish at the same time.
Once you have logged into the desktop app you can then navigate to the settings menu. From here you can toggle on ‘Load Balancing in the Route Settings Menu on the left.
Now click ‘save’.
That’s it!
Our load balancing feature ensures that workloads are distributed fairly and evenly between drivers. For example, if you have a driver working 9-5 and another working 9-1, once load balancing has been selected the routes will be reoptimized to allow both drivers to work from 9-3.
