Pricing is calculated per vehicle, based on the number of vehicles using the system each month, so costs scale naturally with the size of your fleet. SmartRoutes subscribers can pay either monthly or annually, depending on what suits their business best. You choose the plan features you need, then adjust the number of vehicles as your operations grow or change.
2. Are there any setup fees?
None at all — the subscription price you see is the price you pay, with no hidden implementation or onboarding charges. Once you sign up, you can start planning and optimising routes straight away, with access to product documentation and support to help you get up and running quickly without extra fees.
3. Do you only offer monthly plans?
No. SmartRoutes offers both monthly and annual subscription options so you can choose the commitment level that fits your business. Monthly plans give you maximum flexibility if you want to keep things simple and cancellable. Annual plans are available when you're ready to commit for longer and allow you to save over 10% compared with paying month-by-month.
4. How do I pick a plan?
Choosing a plan depends on the size and complexity of your delivery operations. Basic and Essentials work well for smaller teams or simpler delivery setups, while Premium is designed for medium to large-sized businesses that need more advanced routing, communication, and reporting features.
