How To Dispatch a Route
Once you have created your first route, the next step is to dispatch them to your drivers. In this guide, we show you just how to that.
Created a route but not sure how to send it to your drivers? Then you’re in the right place!
In this guide, we’re going to show you how to access your draft routes so you can dispatch them to your drivers.
Your starting point will be the calendar view which automatically opens when you log onto SmartRoutes. (This is assuming you have already created a route, if not we recommend starting with this guide first and then come back here: How to Plan a Route).
From here you will access your draft route via the calendar and dispatch this route to your driver. We have outlined the process in the following video:
