Integrations: How does it work?

SmartRoutes integrates with the software you already use.

You can choose how to integrate with SmartRoutes from one of the following options:

Out-of-the-Box Integrations

We have a number of out-of-the-box integrations available and we are adding to this list all the time:

Open API

SmartRoutes Open API allows any business to plug the power of SmartRoutes into whatever system they are using.

SmartRoutes API is organized around REST. Our API has consistently structured resource-oriented URLs, accepts and returns JSON, and uses standard HTTP response codes, authentication, and verbs.

Use SmartRoutes API to retrieve or modify data stored in your Humaans account programmatically and to create custom integrations.

How to generate your own API key:

• Navigate to the Integrations menu
• Select SmartRoutes Open API
• Click on 'Generate API Key'.

Webhooks

Setting up Webhooks on SmartRoutes is super fast and easy.

Simply head over to the Integrations section in your SmartRoutes settings menu, choose Webhooks, and fill out a short form.

You're all set!

With Webhooks, you can receive alerts for key events like:

• Order status changes (e.g., delivery completed)
• Plans created (routes made)
• Plans dispatched (routes sent to drivers)
• Routes edited (live route edits)
