How to confirm time windows with customers using the customer booking portal

The Customer Booking Portal is designed to enhance communication with your customers by allowing them to confirm delivery time windows with ease.

Note: You must contact support in order to enable this feature.

Once it is enabled, you can access the Customer Booking Portal through the settings menu. Set the parameters here such as days of the week deliveries can be made, how many days in advance the customer can book and so on. You can also specify time windows for each delivery day, allowing for greater flexibility based on your operational needs.

The next step is to set up notifications that are sent out pre-delivery. Here you can edit the pre-delivery notification template to include a link to the booking portal. Here your customers can either accept the given date and time or select an alternative, given your parameters previously set in the settings menu.

These notifications can be customized with personalized messages to enhance the customer experience. You may also choose to send reminders closer to the delivery date, reducing the chances of missed deliveries.
