I outsource my deliveries, can I still use SmartRoutes?

If you are using a third party logistics company [3PL] you can definitely still use SmartRoutes.

In fact, using SmartRoutes will give you oversight of your delivery operations that you wouldn’t otherwise have. With this oversight you can better answer customer queries rather than relying on the 3PL’s customer support team, you can identity inefficiencies in deliveries and you have access to real time delivery data.
