Self Serve Webhooks and API

With the launch of our Self-Serve Webhooks and API integration, setting up Webhooks on SmartRoutes is faster and easier than ever.


Setting up Webhooks on SmartRoutes is now a breeze. Here's how it works:

  1. Head over to the Integrations section in your SmartRoutes settings menu.
  2. Select Webhooks from the available integration options.
  3. Complete a short form with your specifications.
  4. Once submitted, you're ready to start receiving alerts for key events directly to your desired endpoints, such as:
  • Order status changes (e.g., delivery completed)
  • Plans created (routes made)
  • Plans dispatched (routes sent to drivers)
  • Routes edited (live route edits)


You can now generate your own API key to connect with SmartRoutes Open API. Here's how to get started:

  1. Access the Integrations menu within your SmartRoutes settings.

  3. With just a click, generate your unique API key to connect with our Open API.
